You will implement treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, and help monitor progress under supervision of a Physical Therapist. Qualifications

• Assist PT in implementing treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, modalities, and activities to assist in their recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any significant changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Encourage and motivate patients to meet their rehabilitation goals while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
