Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work under a Physical Therapist in an interdisciplinary setting. You will implement treatment plans, assist with exercises, monitor patient responses, and communicate progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.

Qualifications include an accredited PTA program degree, current state PTA licensure, CPR certification (preferred), and 0–1 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Experience: 0-1 years.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including exercises, manual therapy and modalities.
• Observe patient responses to therapy, document progress, and report findings to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Observe and maintain up-to-date documentation related to patients’ responses to therapy, document progress, and report findings to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provide instructions to patients and families on exercises, safety precautions, and progress strategies for home use.
• Support Physical Therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress, providing additional observations and insights.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
