The Ensign Group in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide rehabilitative treatment under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, applying evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.

We offer a competitive hourly salary from $32 to $38, full-time schedules, and benefits. A PTA license is required; SNF experience is preferred but new grads are welcome to apply and grow with our compassionate team.

Responsabilidades

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices under supervision.
• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
