Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services in Elizabethtown, NC, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team. You will work with a multidisciplinary group to tailor treatment plans and deliver compassionate care in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

The ideal candidate is licensed in North Carolina, a graduate of an accredited therapy program, and has prior SNF rehab experience. This full-time role offers in-house therapy support and a collaborative work environment.

Formación

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in North Carolina.
• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to tailor rehab plans and deliver patient-centered care.
• Address a variety of diseases and impairments with progressive treatment modalities within a skilled nursing facility.
• Provide in-house therapy with local management support.
