Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a SNF role in North Carolina. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans and deliver in-house therapy with local management support.

The position requires graduation from an accredited therapy program, a state license, and prior SNF rehab experience is preferred. Background checks and EOE status apply.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and families by personalizing treatment plans.
• Provide in-house therapy with local management support and address a variety of diseases and impairments.
