Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a compassionate rehab team at Capital Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The PTA will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized treatment plans and progressive modalities for a variety of patient needs.

Candidates should be a graduate of an accredited therapy program and hold licensure in North Carolina for SNF work; prior SNF rehab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Must be licensed in the state of NC for the SNF role.
• Previous SNF rehab experience preferred.
