Liberty Health and Rehab in Windsor, NC is seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a multidisciplinary rehab team. You will work to create individualized treatment plans and support progressive modalities in a hospital-like SNF setting with local management support.

Education: graduate of an accredited therapy program and state licensure in North Carolina required. Prior SNF rehab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program.
