Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide rehabilitative care under a licensed Physical Therapist. You will guide patients through exercises, document progress, and collaborate with a care team to promote mobility and independence.

This position requires PTA program completion and active state licensure, strong English communication, and a team-focused approach. Competitive wages and a 5k sign-on bonus are offered across multiple facilities in Texas.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the applicable state.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and teams.
• Ability to meet health and employment requirements and organizational standards.
• Ability to perform essential job responsibilities with or without accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide PTAs treatments as directed by a supervising Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized therapy interventions and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Document treatments and patient responses in the medical record.
• Participate in team meetings and rehabilitation planning activities.
• Communicate progress and treatment updates to the healthcare team.
• Instruct patients and families on maintenance and activity programs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment.
• Support safety initiatives throughout rehabilitation.
• Travel between treatment locations as needed.
• Meet productivity standards and complete documentation timely.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and policies.
