Cantex in Cedar Hill, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support rehabilitation under a licensed PT. You will implement treatment plans and guide patients through exercises to improve mobility and independence.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document care, ensure safety, and travel between facilities as needed. This is an on-site role with competitive wages and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current PTA license in the applicable state.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and health teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA treatments under supervision to improve mobility and function.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and guide therapeutic exercises.
• Document treatments and patient progress in the medical record.
