Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support rehab services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. The PTA will implement treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote recovery and independence.

Responsibilities include documenting care, participating in team meetings, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards. A $5K sign-on bonus is offered and travel between facilities is required.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the applicable state.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized therapy interventions and therapeutic exercise programs to improve function.
• Document treatments, patient responses, and clinical activities in the medical record.
