Job summary

Central Bank is seeking a part-time Teller in Kansas City, Missouri, with a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30-5:15, and Saturdays 8:30-12:15, offering flexibility for more hours as needed.

The Teller will process transactions, balance cash, and provide friendly service while identifying customer needs and promoting bank products. This role supports financial well-being and relationship-building with clients in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You’ll Do

THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION. SCHEDULE: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30-5:15. every Saturday 8:30-12:15. Flexibility to work more hours as needed.

As a valued member of the retail banking team, you will play a key role in supporting banking operations and contributing to important decisions. Tellers works in a fast-paced, engaging environment with opportunities for growth and advancement. The ideal candidate will project a professional image and while serving as the face and voice of our organization. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to build relationships, get to know our clients, and support their financial well-being by offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive-thru, ATM, and other avenues.
• Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable.
• Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times; even in difficult situations.
• Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer.
• Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.
