Central Bank of the Midwest is seeking a part-time Teller to support daily banking operations and deliver friendly, professional service at multiple channels, including lobby, drive-thru, and ATM. The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and building client relationships.

The successful candidate will handle cash, assist customers with transactions, and identify cross-sell opportunities while representing the bank with a positive, client-focused demeanor.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to count U.S. currency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely via lobby, drive-thru, ATM, and other avenues.
• Balance cash drawer and research differences.
• Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services.

What You'll Do:

THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION. SCHEDULE: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30-5:15. every Saturday 8:30-12:15. Flexibility to work more hours as needed.

As a valued member of the retail bankingteam, you will play a key role in supporting banking operations and contributing to important decisions. Tellers works in a fast-paced, engaging environment with opportunities for growth and advancement. The ideal candidate will project a professional image and while serving as the face and voice of our organization. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to build relationships, get to know our clients, and support their financial well-being by offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive-thru, ATM, and other avenues.
• Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable.
• Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times; even in difficult situations.
• Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer.
• Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.
