Job summary

Oaklin Lane is a neighborhood pediatric therapy clinic seeking a PT Tech to support our PT team. You will prep therapy spaces and equipment, assist during sessions, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for kids and families.

You’ll collaborate with licensed PTs and PTAs, learn practical skills in pediatric therapy, and be mentored as you grow toward a career in rehab or PT. This in-person role offers a stable schedule and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Help PTs and PTAs prepare therapy spaces and equipment for treatment sessions.
• Support therapists during sessions — managing equipment and keeping the environment safe.
• Sanitize and organize therapy equipment and treatment areas throughout the day.
• Help with patient flow, including walking families to and from treatment areas.
• Keep an eye on inventory and flag when supplies need to be restocked.
• Help keep the clinic feeling like a place kids actually want to be.
• Show up for team meetings and contribute to the clinic’s culture.
• Pitch in on admin and operational support as needed.
