Job summary

Oaklin Lane, a pediatric therapy clinic in the DFW area, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to manage a full caseload of children from infancy through adolescence. You are rewarded per evaluation and per 45-minute session, with a four-day work week from Monday to Thursday.

The role emphasizes play-based, evidence-informed therapy in a purpose-built clinic, using EMR to document progress and coordinate with SLP and OT for integrated care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Texas Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Experience with pediatric gross motor development essential.
• Ability to document sessions clearly in EMR and communicate findings to families.

Responsibilities

• Carry a full-time caseload of pediatric clients with consistent weekly visits.
• Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations and share plain-language findings with families.
• Deliver one-on-one 45-minute sessions focused on gross motor skills, strength, balance and mobility.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and ensure progress toward goals.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and document sessions accurately.
