Job summary

Oaklin Lane is hiring a full-time pediatric Physical Therapist for our DFW clinic, aiming to build a full caseload of kids seen week after week. You’ll be paid for every session and evaluation you deliver, with a four‑day clinic week from Monday to Thursday.

You will work with a collaborative interdisciplinary team, documenting in our EMR, and coordinating care with SLP and OT to provide seamless, kid-first therapy. Benefits include medical and vision coverage and generous time off.

Qualifications

• Current Texas licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing.
• Pediatric experience across gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Carry a full-time caseload of kids you see consistently, week after week.
• Complete comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and share findings with families in plain language.
• Provide one-on-one, 45-minute physical therapy sessions for kids from infancy through adolescence.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment across gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, and mobility.
• Build treatment plans and goals that meet each kid where they are.
• Document sessions in our EMR with accuracy and care.
• Coordinate care with SLP and OT so every kid gets one connected plan.

Oaklin Lane is hiring a full-time pediatric Physical Therapist at our DFW clinic — a clinician who wants a full caseload of kids they see week after week, and gets paid for every session and evaluation they deliver.

You earn $100 per evaluation and $45 per 45‑minute session. A full caseload means a full schedule — clear, simple, and connected directly to the care you provide.

A four-day clinic week

Our clinic is open Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with Fridays reserved for make‑up sessions. PT sessions run 45 minutes, giving you real time to work through a full session with each kid.
