Job summary

TravisMathew is seeking a Store Supervisor in Indianapolis to lead in-store sales and service, drive KPIs, and promote a strong sales culture. You will connect with clients, develop repeat business, and ensure up-to-date knowledge of apparel for seasonality and use.

You will participate in visual merchandising, CRM activities, and store events while mentoring part-time staff to sustain a high-performance team on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the in-store sales and service experience to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Instill a sales-focused, friendly service culture on the floor to exceed targets.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop repeat business to drive individual sales.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of apparel each season, including fit and fabric.
• Assist with visual merchandising to enhance product presentation and customer experience.
• Support store events and CRM activities to reward repeat customers.
• Provide mentorship to part-time and seasonal client associates.
