TravisMathew in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Client Associate to sustain in-store sales and service while promoting a strong sales culture. You will connect with clients, develop repeat business, and maintain product knowledge across the current line.

You will participate in store events and CRM initiatives, uphold service standards, keep the floor organized, and support teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. Weekend/evening/holiday hours required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in a client services related capacity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
• Proficient in POS systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings and holidays.
