Job summary

Converse is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor in Eagan, MN. The role requires enthusiasm, knowledge of Converse products, and a strong customer-service orientation. You will lead by example, help manage cash and displays, and ensure a welcoming store experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 (U.S).
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Job description

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.50 to $26.65. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.
