Job summary

Converse Long Beach, a Nike, Inc. brand, seeks a Retail Supervisor for full-time hours (40 hours/week) including nights, weekends and holidays. You will lead a team and deliver authentic customer service to bring the consumer journey to life across Nike family products.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $23.00 to $29.90. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.
