Job summary

Nike Converse San Clemente is seeking a energetic Retail Supervisor to lead daily store operations, deliver outstanding guest service and coach a small team. This part-time role is 25 hours per week, including nights, weekends and holidays, with a strong emphasis on creating a welcoming, high-energy shopping experience.

You will learn the latest Converse products, operate a cash register, arrange displays, and collaborate with teammates to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old (US).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to learn and train on latest products and technologies.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically support Converse product and services to meet customer needs.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and positive attitude with customers and teammates.
• Lead by example and provide service aligned with SOLE standards.

Job description

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $23.00 to $29.90. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate’s location, qualifications, skills and experience.
