Bob Hope School (Cy-Fair) in Houston, TX is seeking a part-time Student Recruitment Outreach Specialist (20 hours/week). You will support marketing and recruitment through content creation, community outreach, family engagement, and campaign tracking, offering students practical experience and portfolio development.

The ideal candidate has marketing/communications experience, proficiency with Canva/Google Workspace, and a passion for public education. Evening/weekend events may be required.

Formación

• Work or college experience in marketing, communications, public relations, business, digital media, or related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Experience creating social media content, graphics, short-form video, photography, or promotional materials.
• Coursework or experience in community engagement, event planning, customer service, sales, or lead generation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing content for social media, email, newsletters, and recruitment materials.
• Capture photos and videos for use in school communications.
• Maintain a consistent, professional message reflecting school programs and brand standards.
• Research audience trends and propose ideas to improve engagement with prospective families.
• Organize digital content and media assets for future use.
• Support outreach to prospective families by phone, email, text, and in person using approved scripts.
