Job summary

Bob Hope School in Harris County, Texas is seeking a Growth & Special Initiatives Coordinator to lead membership growth, marketing, and special project initiatives. This role aims to expand the district’s reach, increase engagement, and generate new revenue through marketing, fund development, partnerships, and innovative programming.

The position reports to the Chief of Schools within Administration / Bob Hope School / Harris County and is Exempt/Full Time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, nonprofit management, public administration, education, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, fundraising, program development, or association management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in nonprofit/education/association environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth & Special Initiatives: design and implement growth initiatives; lead special projects and pilot programs; analyze trends and opportunities for association growth.
• Marketing & Communications: develop and execute integrated marketing strategies; create content for digital campaigns and newsletters; manage brand consistency across channels.
• Fund Development & Partnerships: identify funding sources; prepare sponsorship packages; maintain relationships with sponsors and partners.
• Stakeholder Engagement: liaison with internal and external stakeholders; build relationships with school officials, vendors, and community partners.
