Job summary

Mercer Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation in Illinois seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time position or PRN assignment to deliver high-quality, customized rehab services to residents.

You will assess residents, craft personalized treatment plans focused on pain relief, function, and independence, and lead engaging therapy sessions while collaborating with facility staff to drive meaningful progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois (or eligible)
• Experience in skilled nursing rehab preferred
• Ability to assess and develop personalized treatment plans
