Primary Purpose

This role involves bagging items at checkout, restocking, collecting carts, cleaning, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at shift start.
2. Collect and operate trash compactor.
3. Maintain cleanliness of floors and work areas, perform hourly clean sweep.
4. Manage shopping carts and demonstrate excellent customer service.
5. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Proficient in using required equipment and tools.
• Adhere to performance and attendance standards.
• Complete the probationary period of 30 or 60 days.
• Wear proper attire as approved.
• Maintain valid licenses or permits as required.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours or more.
• Stand for 55%, walk for 45% of shift.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Maximum pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements
