Primary Purpose

This role involves bagging items at checkout, restocking, collecting carts, cleaning, and maintaining the store environment. We focus on building strong families and healthy communities across Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and New Jersey. Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at shift start.
2. Collect and operate trash and recycling equipment.
3. Maintain cleanliness of floors and work areas, perform hourly clean-ups.
4. Collect, stack, and push carts to the front-end.
5. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Ability to operate required equipment.
• Maintain regular attendance and meet performance standards.
• Complete the introductory period (30 or 60 days).
• Adhere to safety protocols and dress code.
• Possess and maintain any required licenses or permits.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours, depending on business needs.
• Job involves continuous activity.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for approximately 55% of the time, walk for 45%.
• Category IV physical demands.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
