Primary Purpose

The primary role involves bagging items at checkout, restocking, collecting carts, vacuuming, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the store.

Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at shift start.
2. Collect and stack carts, push carts to the front of the store.
3. Perform housekeeping, keep floors and work areas clean, and conduct hourly clean sweeps.
4. Demonstrate good customer service skills.
5. Complete additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Ability to operate required equipment and tools.
• Maintain regular attendance and meet performance standards.
• Complete the 30 or 60-day introductory period.
• Wear proper clothing and shoes approved for the job.
• Possess and maintain any required licenses or permits.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45%; sit 0%.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

Understanding of company policies and procedures as outlined in the manual and handbook.
