Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to support our restaurant team in delivering exceptional hospitality. You will help keep dining areas guest-ready, replenish buffets, deliver orders promptly, and greet and seat guests as needed, while maintaining cleanliness and high service standards.

You’ll collaborate with servers, kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations, adhere to health and sanitation guidelines, and assist with reservations,

• Keep service areas—including side stations, beverage stations, and bussing stations—organized and clean.

• Assist with special requests and tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Description

The Server Assistant plays a key role in supporting the restaurant team to deliver exceptional hospitality. This position enhances the guest experience by ensuring dining areas are guest‑ready, buffets are replenished and presentable, food is delivered promptly, and guests are warmly greeted and seated when needed.

Professional Experience

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
