Job summary

You will guide customer flow for fast, easy checkout, greet customers with a smile, teach self-checkout technology, and respond quickly to issues using tools like Mobile Attendants and Everseen.

• Engaging with customers, teaching technology and encouraging usage to personalize the checkout experience.
• Observing and identifying issues and opportunities, assisting in the moment.
• Using tools to assist (Mobile Attendants, Everseen, etc.)
• Engage customer with a smile and greet them.
• Invite customers to use SCO
• Observe and assist when needed, identifying potential issues before they arise.
• Educate and assist SCO customers with hand scanners and scanning BOB items.
• Utilize the Mobile Attendant to assist customers as needed.
• Respond to Everseen needs.
• Thank customer for shopping with us with a smile.
