Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness at the Service Desk/Kiosk.
• Present a neat and well-groomed appearance.
• Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned.
• Work within management guidelines to ensure productivity.
• Support safety standards, report equipment issues, and keep work areas hazard-free.
• Treat all colleagues with fairness and respect.
• Perform accurate price checks and handle discrepancies.
• Manage store supplies and handle transactions accurately.
• Verify IDs, adhere to check and sale policies for tobacco/alcohol.
• Maintain register security and protect assets.
• Use and report issues with equipment properly.
• Maintain sanitation standards and understand produce varieties.
• Perform cashier and service functions as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Prerequisite Training

• Completion of Cashier/Service Associate training packet.

Physical Requirements

• Stand continuously; occasional walking.
• Handle currency and operate equipment.
• Lift up to 15 pounds continuously, 25 pounds frequently, and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Push or pull up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Reach and grasp at various heights.
• Meet activity standards and have adequate visual acuity.

Preferred Requirements

• Provide courteous, prompt customer service.
• Accurately scan purchases and handle payments.
• Process refunds and follow anti-money laundering guidelines.
• Meet physical demands with or without accommodations.

Salary range: $15.00 - $19.65 per hour.
