Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness at the Service Desk/Kiosk.
• Present a neat, well-groomed appearance per company policy.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Work within management planning guidelines to ensure productivity.
• Support safety standards, report equipment issues, and keep the work area hazard-free.
• Treat all colleagues with fairness, dignity, and respect.
• Perform price checks accurately and record discrepancies.
• Verify customer IDs and adhere to policies regarding checks, tobacco, and alcohol sales.
• Manage cash register operations securely and report issues promptly.
• Use and maintain equipment properly, reporting malfunctions.
• Maintain store sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Recognize and differentiate produce merchandise.
• Perform cashier and service associate duties as needed.

Prerequisite Training

Physical Requirements
