Vail Resorts in Park City, UT is hiring a Retail Associate for the Summer Seasonal 2026 period. You will provide guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience and help guests select the latest outdoor equipment.

Join our team for a season or build a career with our world-class mountain environment. Starting wage is $20/hour with opportunities for training and development; on-site duties include stocking, cashiering, and assisting other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and product knowledge required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Must be able to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment.

A Retail Associate is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles which could include one of the following:

• Resort Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is$20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
