Job summary

Merakey is seeking a PTResidential Counselor 7AM-3PM Sa/Su to join our team at our CRR program in Delaware County. This full-time role will rotate to cover open shifts.

Earn $16.75 per hour. The Residential Counselor provides direction and assistance to consumers in CRR programs, supporting nutrition, housekeeping, budgeting, hygiene, self-care, home safety, social interaction, exercise, health management, and vocational activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• One year of mental health experience with adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and assistance to consumers residing in the Community Residential Rehab (CRR) programs.
• Assist with nutrition, housekeeping, budgeting, hygiene, self-care, home safety, social interaction, exercise, health management, and vocational.
• Transport residents to appointments and outings.
• Implement parts of each resident's goal plan as instructed by the treatment team or supervisor.
• Report progress to the appropriate clinician.
• Cover open shifts as needed.
