Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Masters’ Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality patient care and evaluate motor, skeletal, and neurological issues
• Perform direct patient care and document care properly
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for treatment
• Educate patients on care and exercises
• Assist physician to ensure comprehensive delivery of services
• Maintain patient care records and reports
