Job summary

Concentra, Inc. in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality patient care, perform evaluations of muscle, skeletal and neurological function, and guide rehabilitation in line with our Injury Process Management philosophy.

You will collaborate with physicians, document care accurately, and support multidisciplinary treatment while upholding HIPAA, safety, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Masters' Degree preferred.
• Ortho-outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high quality patient care.
• Evaluate muscle, skeletal, neurological problems.
• Support multidisciplinary coordination of treatment.
• Ensure proper documentation of patient care.
• Maintain compliance with quality assurance policies and applicable regulations.
• Plan, design, implement and interpret specific physical therapy treatment programs for patients.
