Concentra in Fresno, CA is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our patient care team. You will perform supervisory duties and evaluations, helping patients improve motor function and daily living skills while coordinating with the physician.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Masters’ Degree in Physical Therapy program preferred.
• Ortho-outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and evaluate musculoskeletal, neurological and other physical problems.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain records.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary treatment and communication with team.
• Assist physician to ensure comprehensive delivery of services.
