Job summary

Concentra, Inc in Sacramento is seeking a Physical Therapist PRN to provide exceptional care and perform evaluations on patients to help them improve their motor functions. As part of the patient care team, you will implement physical therapy treatment programs and ensure high-quality service.

We're looking for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and preferably a Master's Degree, along with experience in ortho-outpatient services. Join us to make a meaningful impact on patient lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, preferred.
• Ortho-outpatient experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high quality patient care services.
• Perform direct patient care, including evaluation of muscle, skeletal, neurological and other physical problems.
• Support multidisciplinary coordination of treatment.
• Maintain professional standards and compliance.
• Educate patients on care and exercise programs.
