Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants in Cambridge, MD is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN position at Autumn Lake at Chesapeake Woods. You will evaluate residents and design individualized plans of care to improve strength, mobility, balance, and independence.

This role offers a flexible PRN schedule, a collaborative rehabilitation team, and a supportive clinical environment. Maryland licensure is required; new graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Physical Therapist license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled interventions for strength, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and mobility.
• Establish functional goals and track resident progress.
• Adjust treatment plans according to clinical needs and response to therapy.
• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility techniques.
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with PTAs and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

$55–$60/hour | PRN

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN position at Autumn Lake at Chesapeake Woods. Join a supportive rehabilitation setting where you can provide individualized therapy focused on improving residents' strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence.

What You'll Do

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled interventions for strength, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and mobility
