Autumn Lake at Ballenger Creek in Frederick, MD is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for PRN coverage to support short-term recovery and ongoing rehabilitation in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treating mobility limitations, and collaborating with the rehab team. A Maryland PT license is required; new graduates welcome. Competitive hourly pay and facility-linked referral bonus are offered.

Competenze

• Active Maryland Physical Therapist license.

Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN for PRN coverage at Autumn Lake at Ballenger Creek. Support residents through short-term recovery and ongoing rehabilitation, with treatment that connects improved strength and mobility to everyday tasks in a skilled nursing setting.

What You'll Do

• Complete physical therapy evaluations to identify mobility limitations, establish goals, and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver treatment addressing walking, balance, strength, endurance, and safe transfers.
• Select appropriate mobility devices and teach residents how to use them during functional activities.
