Job summary

Stern-Therapy-Consultants is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN position at Autumn Lake at Chesapeake Woods in Cambridge, MD. The role focuses on improving residents' strength, mobility, balance, and independence.

You will perform evaluations, establish plans, coordinate with PTAs, and educate residents. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $55-$60 with a flexible PRN schedule and a collaborative rehabilitation team.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Physical Therapist license required
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
• New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Establish functional goals and track resident progress
• Adjust treatment plans according to clinical needs and response to therapy
