Amedisys is seeking a Physical Therapist in Roebuck, South Carolina, for full-time daytime hours with Baylor weekends. You will help patients maintain, restore and improve movement in the home setting, and perform periodic reexaminations and discharge planning.

Qualifications include a state PT license, CAPTE-accredited education, and CPR certification; at least one year of home health experience is preferred, with regional approval required for less than one year.

Formación

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state you are assigned to work in.
• Graduate from an CAPTE-accredited physical therapy education program.
• One year related physical therapy experience for home health care.
• If less than one year of experience, regional clinical leaders' approval and mentoring/residency participation may be required.
• Current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice physical therapy specific to the state you're assigned to work in.
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy educational program as set by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• One year related physical therapy experience for PTs entering home health care to ensure that knowledge and skills are sufficient to safely provide physical therapy services to patients.
• If less than one year of experience, approval from regional clinical leaders is required as well as appropriate mentoring and/or participating in a residency program.
• Current CPR certification.
