Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered care at our Sunrise, FL location. The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans that drive positive outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a DPT, an active state license, and NPTE certification, with 1 year of PT experience preferred. This full-time daytime position includes a comprehensive benefits package and licensure

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
