Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and goals; develop treatment and discharge plans.

• Supervise PT assistants and oversee onsite treatment documentation.
• Develop and implement new PT programs and techniques.
• Conduct patient and family education.
• Manage workflow including treatment documentation in electronic records.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Performing evaluations/screens, establish patients goals, develops individualized treatment plans, developing treatment and discharge plans
• Provide quality physical therapy services encompassing personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
• Documenting progress toward identified objectives
• Overseeing Physical Therapy Assistant(s) and provides onsite supervision of treatment interventions and clinical documentation
• Developing and implementing new program/techniques to enhance physical therapy services.
• Conducting patient and family education
• Independently manage workflow which includes allotting time for treatment documentation of individual treatments and notes in the electronic records system

Must have a degree in Physical Therapy and must be licensed.
