Job summary

Our Lady's Center in New Jersey is hiring a Physical Therapist PT. Must hold a valid PT license. The role emphasizes identifying patient needs in long-term residents, teamwork, and efficient care delivery.

Responsibilities include screening, evaluations, planning treatment and discharge, supervising PTA(s), and implementing new methods to improve services while educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• Screening patients and identifying needs in long-term residents.
• Developing initial and interim treatment plans and discharge directions.
• Documenting progress toward objectives and coordinating care.
• Collaborating with Physical Therapy Assistant(s) to deliver care.
• Developing and implementing new PT programs and techniques to improve services.
