Upstate Services Group in New York is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate residents and develop individualized rehabilitation plans aimed at improving mobility and quality of life.

The role is full-time, Mon-Fri, with duties including guiding therapy tasks, supervising assistants, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, and communicating expected recovery milestones to residents. Graduate of an accredited PT program with NY license required. Great benefits available.

• Supervise physical therapy assistants when required.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary team efforts to ensure comprehensive resident care.
