Job summary

Life Enriching Communities in Reynoldsburg, OH, is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist at Wesley Ridge to support residents’ recovery and independence. You’ll perform initial exams, develop individualized rehab plans, document progress, and collaborate with medical staff to optimize outcomes.

Qualified candidates have a degree from an accredited PT program, Ohio license, and at least two years of experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• At least 2 years' experience as a physical therapist.
• Current Physical Therapist state license.

Responsibilities

• Performs and documents an initial exam, evaluating data to identify problems and determine a diagnosis prior to intervention.
• Plans, prepares, or carries out individually designed programs of physical treatment to maintain, improve, or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain, or prevent physical dysfunction in patients.
• Records prognosis, treatment, response, and progress in patient's chart or enters information into computer.
• Evaluates effects of treatment at various stages and adjusts treatments to achieve maximum benefit.
• Confers with the patient, medical practitioners, or other appropriate parties to plan, implement, or assess the intervention program.
• Complies with professional, ethical, and legal standards.
