UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Dispatch Analyst to support the Package Dispatch Supervisor by analyzing dispatch plans, preparing reports, and conducting service audits.

The role involves data verification, identifying exceptions, and communicating changes to the dispatch team. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalence) and has experience with DPS/UDC, MS Office, and package flow technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent preferred for role.
• Experience with DPS, UDC knowledge, and MS Office is required or advantageous.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with package flow technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies system downloads and analyzes dispatch data.
• Identifies service failures and exceptions and notifies stakeholders.
• Prints and distributes daily reports and updates reports as needed.
• Makes report updates and communicates changes to PDS.
• Uses mapping tools and compares planned vs actual dispatch.
• Maintains loop analysis for periodic reviews of all loops.
• Utilizes available reports and systems for audits.
• Completes monthly dispatch audit.

Job Summary
This position assists the Package Dispatch Supervisor (PDS) with dispatch analysis and daily routine tasks that support the dispatch and preload teams. He/She is responsible for analyzing dispatch plans, identifying areas of opportunity, report publication and service audits.

Responsibilities:

• Verifies system downloads.
• Identifies various service failures and exceptions.
• Prints and distributes multiple daily reports.
• Makes necessary report updates and communicates changes to PDS.
• Utilizes mapping tools.
• Plots previous data and compares actual dispatch to planned dispatch.
• Maintains a loop analysis to ensure periodic analysis of all loops.
• Utilizes available reports and systems.
• Completes monthly dispatch audit.

• Dispatch Planning System (DPS) and UDC knowledge
• Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent software
