Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Night Auditor to join our team in a hospitality-first environment. The role supports daily accounting functions and front desk operations while ensuring guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in accounting or night audit, familiarity with PMS, and strong multi-tasking and communication skills. This is a full-time position requiring night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsabilidades

• Audit the daily guest ledger.
• Handle end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and room tax.
• Ensure accuracy of charges to guest folios.
• Average revenues from accounts receivable across all departments.
• Act as front desk clerk: check-in/out, reservations, resolve issues.
• Make cash drops per cash handling procedures.
• Organize Front Desk for the AM shift.
• Monitor hotel security cameras.
• Maintain lobby condition, lighting and music levels.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Audits the daily guestledger
• Handles all end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and roomtax
• Ensures accuracy of all charges toguest folios
• Averages sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room andother departments
• Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, bookingreservations and resolving guest issues
• Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash handlingprocedures
• Organize the Front Desk area so that the A.M. Front Desk staff can properly prepare for theirshift
• Monitors hotel security camerasystem
• Ensures that lobby is well-maintained, properly lit and with music at proper volume
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Any other duties asassigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditorrole
• Knowledge of PMS
• High School Diploma/GED
