Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Night Auditor to join our team in California. The role combines accounting accuracy with front desk responsibilities, ensuring guest folios are correct and nightly balances are closed smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in accounting or night audit, knowledge of a PMS, and a high school diploma. The position requires working nights, weekends, and holidays and offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

• Knowledge of PMS.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Audits the daily guest ledger.
• Handles all end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and room tax.
• Ensures accuracy of all charges to guest folios.
• Averages sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room and other departments.
• Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, booking reservations and resolving guest issues.
• Monitors hotel security cameras system.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Audits the daily guestledger

Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditorrole

Knowledge of PMS

High School Diploma/GED

• KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
