Schulte Hospitality Group in Buffalo, NY is seeking a dynamic Night Auditor to join our team. You will support nightly front desk operations, perform end-of-day accounting tasks, post room charges, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of accounting or night audit experience, knowledge of PMS, and a High School Diploma or GED. This part-time position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with earning potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Audits the daily guest ledger.
• Handles end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and room tax.
• Ensures accuracy of all charges to guest folios.
• Averages sum of revenues from all accounts receivable across departments.
• Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in/out and handling reservations.
• Make cash drops following proper cash handling procedures.
• Organize Front Desk area for morning shift readiness.
• Monitors hotel security cameras.
• Ensure lobby is well-maintained and properly lit.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Audits the daily guestledger

• Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, bookingreservations and resolving guest issues
• Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash handlingprocedures
• Organize the Front Desk area so that the A.M. Front Desk staff can properly prepare for theirshift
• Monitors hotel security camerasystem
• Ensures that lobby is well-maintained, properly lit and with music at proper volume
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Any other duties asassigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditorrole
• Knowledge of PMS
• High School Diploma/GED
