Schulte Hospitality Group in Tampa, FL is seeking a Night Auditor to support nightly accounting and front desk operations. You will audit guest ledgers, post room rates, and ensure accuracy of guest folios while assisting guests with check-ins and reservations.

The role requires basic accounting skills, PMS familiarity, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. SHG offers a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative work environment.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Mansioni

• Audit the daily guest ledger.
• Post daily room rates and room tax.
• Ensure accuracy of charges to guest folios.
• Average revenues from accounts receivable across departments.
• Act as front desk clerk including check-in/out and reservations.
• Make cash drops per cash-handling procedures.
• Organize the Front Desk for the AM shift.
• Monitor hotel security cameras.
• Maintain lobby lighting and music at appropriate levels.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Audits the daily guestledger

Handles all end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and roomtax

Ensures accuracy of all charges toguest folios

Averages sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room andother departments

Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, bookingreservations and resolving guest issues

Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash handlingprocedures

Organize the Front Desk area so that the A.M. Front Desk staff can properly prepare for theirshift

Monitors hotel security camerasystem

Ensures that lobby is well-maintained, properly lit and with music at proper volume

Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Any other duties asassigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditorrole

Knowledge of PMS

High School Diploma/GED

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Team player
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests
• Basic accounting/math skills
